📦 Return & Exchange Policy

We put a lot of love and care into every Moral Sense book you receive. Each story is designed to be a meaningful part of your parenting journey, and we want your experience with us to reflect that same care.

Because of the nature of our products—story-led parenting resources meant to be revisited—we do not offer returns once a book has been purchased.

However, if your book arrives damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to exchange it for a new one. 💛


🤝 What qualifies for an exchange?

We’ll gladly exchange your order if:

  • The book has physical damage (torn pages, misprints, etc.).

  • You received the wrong item.


📝 To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at [your email] within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Attach a clear photo of the issue.

  3. Include your order number and name.

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you—at no extra cost. 😊

  • We do not offer exchanges for reasons like change of mind, personal preferences, or minor variations in colour or design.

  • Books must be unused and in original condition (except for the damage reported).
