Exchange Eligibility

✔ The product must have arrived damaged or defective.
✔ You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ The book must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

1️⃣ Email us at support@moralsense.in with your order details and clear images of the damaged product.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility for an exchange.
3️⃣ If approved, we will send a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Important Notes

🚫 We do not offer refunds or accept returns for books that are not damaged.
📦 If the same book is out of stock, we may offer an alternative or store credit.
📍 Exchanges are applicable only for orders within India (modify if international).
